It’s the identity of the story that makes the identity of the character. - Paul Ricoeur
What kind of story are you telling? Do you see yourself as a character telling a story, your story?
Each and every person is a story to be told. Stories of joy, stories of despair, stories of victory, stories of defeat: these stories are in all of us. And we know too that life has difficult plot twists, moments of tension, and crises to be faced.
I view my work as a mental health counselor as an opportunity for you to tell the stories of your life, discovering new ways of understanding your self and for living out your story in this world.
What if your story could have a different ending than you imagine?
